Who we are

Kompani Setup helps people set up companies and register wills in the UAE. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you tell us

When you use our quote form, will application or any other form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address and your answers about your plans.

We save what you type as you go, including if you don’t finish or submit the form, so an adviser can help you and so you don’t lose your progress. The notice next to each form explains this.

If you complete the setup finder, we keep your answers with your enquiry.

What we collect automatically

When you use a form, we also record how you reached us and used the site during that visit: the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), advertising click identifiers, the pages you viewed, the time spent, your device and browser type, and your IP address with an approximate location (city and country) derived from it.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, and provide the services you ask for, including submitting applications to free zones, government departments, courts, registries and banks on your behalf.

We also use it to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve our website and marketing.

Where it’s stored

Your information is stored securely on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Only authorised members of our team can access it.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to deliver your service, such as with the free zone, authority, court or registry you apply to, banks you choose to approach, and our professional advisers. We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

We delete unfinished form entries within 12 months. We keep enquiries and client records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools can set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and the device you use, to help us understand how the website is used and which campaigns lead to enquiries. We don’t send your name, phone number or email address to these tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

To save you retyping, your browser also keeps the details you entered and how you reached us in its local storage on your device. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

Images, fonts and scripts are served from our own storage on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical information such as IP addresses to keep the service secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond in line with the UAE’s data protection laws.
